Getting the most out of activity settings

Controlling what users see: If you wanted to hide the Activity or its Tasks from users, you could toggle off Allow users to view Tasks or Publish Activity. You can also change whether users can view responses, the dashboard and analytics.

Setting response limits: You can also control how many times a user can submit a response to a Form by switching off the toggle for Users can submit unlimited responses and manually entering a number in the form which appears below.

Displaying results: Instructors may also customise the way results are displayed to users. For example, switching off the toggle for Users can view results without submitting a response allows users to view results at any stage. Switching the toggle for Users can view expert ratings in results page removes the visibility of Experts for users.

Displaying media: There are also controls over the display of media. Switching the toggle for Users must play media till the end before submitting a response limits the ability of users to skip through media. In the case of If the media attached is a video, users can view it multiple times, switching the toggle off allows an option to limit how many times users can view video media.
